tasteful specialities carefully prepared according to the noble Umbrian
tradition and its ancient precious flavours: truffle, bolctus mushrooms,
asparagus, olive oil, home-made bread and every possibile delicacy
the season offers. All of this soaked in the choice wines produced by the surrounding vineyards. We provide international cuisine under the wing of the chef John Paterson. |
