The Collegiata of Santa Maria della Reggia of Umbertide

The Collegiata of Santa Maria della Reggia is an octagonal plant temple built in the XVI century on the wish of the population of Umbertide, originally made to collect an image believed miraculous. The inside is richly decorated, and among the numerous works on display is the "Ascension to heaven" by Pomarancio, dated 1578.
