In a wing of the ex Convent of St.
Francis beginning from 1993 it has been prepared a show, inside which are
collected the most precious artistic works presents in the buildings and
churches of Trevi. The harvest is composed by two floors, in which is
possible to admire paintings, altarpieces and frescos that go from the XIV to
the XVIII century. In the first floor is situated the pearl of the show, the Altarpiece of Giovanni Spagna, work of the 1522 representing '' The crowning
of the Virgo ''.
In May of 2006 a new archaeological section has been inaugurated containing finds that concern the remote
history of the territory of Trevi and its population.
