Inside the celebrations that are held in
occasion of the '' 'August of Torgiano '', develops also this unusual
demonstration, the '' Vinarelli ''. Artists and artisans realise
manufactured articles, paintings and sculptures in the shops of the historical
centre. The result of the sale of these objects is destined to the restoration
of historical and artistic good in the commune of Torgiano.
Among the works that have profited of this
initiative, we can admire today '' The Christ carrying the Cross '', work of the 1588 of Felice Pellegrini, guarded in the Parish
Church, and '' The Madonna on throne with Child and Saints '', an
oil of the XVI century in the Church of the Crucifix.
