August: Historic Commemoration
It is the reproposition in costumes of a
historic event that dates back to the period when the town of Spoleto threatened the freedom and the autonomy of the antique castles of the Valnerina,
that united in an alliance to be able to repel such attacks. The commemorated
facts make reference to about the 14th century.
