This rare legume, the Fagiolina del Trasimeno,
once considered almost disappeared, grows now abundantly on the shores of the lake
Trasimeno, cultivated by agriculturists that in the time have specialised
in the production of typical and biological foods. The autochthonous variety of bean with eye has small dimensions and of various colours, from the very
delicate taste and with sweet notes, with an unique and compact pulp.
