Beginning from 2000 the manufacturing communes of the Sagrantino of Montefalco are collected in a oenological and gastronomic circuit, historical and artistic with the purpose to promote to the tourists and the impassioned the knowledge of the wine and the culture that it serves as background to its production. It's an itinerary that includes place of elevated landscape relief, to the centre of which Montefalco is set, as constant point of reference.
