Festival of the Nations
To Città di Castello the Festival of the Nations has returned since August 26 to September 5.
The festival, has reached the 42 exempts edition, and it is born with the wish to make to meet various countries on a common field; the music. and to valorize and to make to discover to the foreign countries the earths and the sceneries of Umbria.
Every year is chosen a Nation guest, to make to know and to appreciate through the presentation of its musical tradition and the various artists that, in the time, they are results a space of relief in the European musical panorama.
The demonstration will entertain therefore different English artists among which : The Fretwork, The Fairport Convention and the Hilliard Ensemble.
The calendar of the event is rich of meetings, concerts and representations that you/they will know how to give moments of true tuning to the visitors with the British world.
