Recently restored, it possesses again the ancient shine and is centre of artistic collections and public shows.

There are then the castles and the fortresses of Lisciano Niccone, a town behind " Corridoio Bizantino ", which required a continuous overseeing and a suitable garrison, so for this reason and to protect it, rose consequently suburbs and castles on every hill. In these places the Umbrian valleys disclose all their shine and their load of history and culture, showing in this panorama their best aspect.
